We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, our Return Policy is outlined below.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. In some cases, there may be restocking and/or other fees. Additional guidelines are noted below. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior to returning the product. E-mail returns@bowwow-n-meow.com with your name, your order number (invoice number on your invoice), the name of the product, size, color, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. E-mail sales@bowwow-n-meow.com for a replacement shipment.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you.
Non-defective correctly ordered merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records). All returns are eligible for a store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
